2. Data collected

Within the member portal (login.breizhzion.com), we collect:

• Identification data : email address, username
• Profile data (optional): first name, last name, phone, postal address, postcode, city, country
• Membership data : HelloAsso membership status, expiry date, amount paid
• Log data : actions performed (sign in, sign out, profile change and so on), IP address, timestamp

4. Retention period

• Profile data : kept until the account is deleted
• Event logs : rolling 12 months, then automatic deletion
• If the account is deleted, the logs are anonymised immediately (email and IP replaced with [supprimé])

5. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the administrators of the Breizhzion association. It is not sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical subprocessors:

• Cloudflare (network proxy, DDoS protection) : data in transit only
• HelloAsso (membership payments) : subject to their own privacy policy

6. Hosting

Data is hosted in France on OVHcloud servers (Gravelines / Dunkirk) and is not transferred outside the European Union.

7. Cookies

The portal uses a session cookie strictly necessary for it to work (keeping you signed in). No advertising, tracking or non-essential cookie is set. Audience measurement is carried out with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool self-hosted on our own servers (analytics.gochu.fr), which sets no cookies, sends no data to third parties and anonymises the data.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access : view your data from your profile
• Rectification : change your data from your profile
• Erasure : delete your account from your profile (section "Danger zone")
• Objection / Restriction : contact us at the address below
• Portability : contact us to obtain a copy of your data
